Today, we will be interviewing the CEO of Anicute Signature.
1. Who is Annie Ekpo?
Annie Ekpo is an Akwa Ibomite. She is an entrepreneur and ambitiously driven in achieving her goals.
She loves writing & therefore decided to make it professionally by furthering journalism in an International Institute of Journalism.
Annie has a bachelor's degree in Social Works. And has also bagged a PGD in Journalism & M.Sc in Public Administration.
Annie is the CEO of Anicute Signature. And also the chief editor of D'uncover magazine.
She has bagged many prestigious awards; mentioned but a few:
- National Ambassador of Annang Culture and Heritage 2015 - 2020.
- Miss Personality Face of Cross River State 2009.
- Ankara Fashionista Personality Award 2018.
- Miss Personality at Carnival Calabar Queen 2012
- Miss Etiquette at Queen Esther Beauty Pageant, Nigeria 2007.

- Miss Charismatic at Miss Delta Beauty 2011.
2. What gives you the idea about your dream( your brand), And the year?
Anicute Signature was established in 2015. I'll start by saying that I've always loved to beautify my sisters hair and face as a child. So I grew up professionalizing my passion in make up and hair styling.
Then again, I went into writing because of my passion of telling stories and writing.
That's how I've become the Chief Editor of a magazine outfit (D'Uncover Magazine) since 2018.
3. What's are your services?
At Anicute Signature: we render service of facial beautification which is popularly known as make-up and revamp.
Different kinds of cosmetics is available in our studio as we also specializes on hair styling & wig making.
In our beauty studio we train people on make up, wig making & hair styling.
For D'uncover magazine; we uncover personalities whom have contributed positively to our society. It's basically as a sourvenir magazine.

4. What are your challenges?
I may say that challenges is a part and parcel of an entrepreneur but all about we need to do is to be able to grow beyond.
So personally, I have been able to live beyond pressure.
All I need is to always satisfy my clients and customers.
5. What do you have to say to the people and those that want to venture into a business?
Firstly, I will advise that you should believe in the passion that drives you. As such you'll be able to live above some unforeseen challenges in business in any business that you're passionate about.
6. What is the encouraging word to the people out there?
Do your visibility study in any business you want to venture into, then believe in your gut and keep the passion burning.
7. Your success story?
Annie Ekpo as a person have achieved a lot by the grace of God.
Firstly, I'm grateful to the Almighty God.
Through the effort of this great personality - Annie Ekpo, Anicute Signature (studio) was established and as well as retained many as workers.
D'uncover magazine and events have succeeded in uncovering dignitaries who have impacted many lives through their projects.
8. What is your conclusion?
I will simply conclude by saying that life is all about decision and determination. You can achieve anything you decide in your mind but then by itself, you can't achieve your goals. Therefore, when deciding to do something, also be determine and believe that your passion is achievable.
