APC inaugurates screening, appeal committees for Edo guber primary

Prior to the primary election which is expected to produce a governorship candidate in Edo,

the All Progressives Congress in the state on Tuesday, June 9, made a major move. 

According to a report by The Nation, screening and appeal committees chaired by Rabe Nafiu and Professor Abubakar Fari respectively have been inaugurated ahead of the primary poll. 

The online newspaper also disclosed that the committees were set up by the party's national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, at its secretariat in Abuja.
